“I have a background in teaching and now I’m getting my social work degree. Here I work with the Staffing team, and we facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, to ensure they have all the necessary paperwork, documentation, and certification to start the new school year. It’s really important because the hiring timelines greatly affect the quality of candidates we select. So making sure everything is efficient and runs as smoothly as possible helps in retaining quality staff.”
